(16) Description:

(i)  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii)  The solicitation number for this requirement is 2031JW25Q00073 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

(iii)  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) Number 2025-04, effective June 11, 2025.

(iv)  This solicitation is not set-aside and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the requirement is 524113, “Direct Life Insurance Carriers,” and small business size standard is $47.0 million.

(v) List of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including option(s), if applicable).  See Part I, paragraphs 2.0 and 2.1 of this solicitation.

(vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired.  See Statement of Work (SOW) in Part II of this solicitation.
