The Regional Contracting Office Parris Island is seeking vendors who can provide shower trailers for a Hurricane Evacuation Exercise that will take place tentatively on June 1 2025 to Nov 31 2025. This evacuation will take place aboard Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany. We would like all interested vendors to submit pricing along with their capability statements for planning purposes. All feedback and information received is for Market Research Purposes. Requirement: The parking facility maintained by the contractor must meet or exceed the following requirements: Shower Trailers i. Estimated Quantity: 10 ii. Cleaned (1) time a day iii. Grey/black water removal included in service iv. Supplied with power source and cleaning solution v. Water source will be provided by the government Period of Performance: June 1 2025 to Nov 31 2025; All items/services are subject to planning aboard Marine Corps Reruiting Depot Parris Island. Instructions to interested businesses: To assist the Government in conducting market research, interested vendors please provide following information: 1. Company name, address, point of contact, voice number and email address. 2.
