**3 AUGUST 2026 AMENDMENT 1 to Solicitation: The purpose of this amendment is to update solicitation N4523A26Q5719 to include the following FAR and DFARS provisions and/or clauses: FAR 52.219-14, FAR 52.203-6, FAR 52.219-8, FAR 52.222-40, DFARS 252.204-7021, and DFARS 252.204-7025. An amended version of Q&A has also been posted. As a result of this amendment, the solicitation has been extended through Friday, 07 August 2026 at 0900 PDT.

**27 JULY 2026 UPDATE: Updated posting to include Q&A responses, un-redacted Performance Work Statement, and un-redacted Exhibit A_Route Checklist to show full map and building numbers. 

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

All requirements outlined in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation shall be completed.
