SIMIO PROFESSIONAL LICENSES

The Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) Procurement Group, Patuxent River, MD 20670, hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole-source purchase order to Simio, LLC, 504 Beaver St., Sewickley, PA 15143-1753 (CAGE: 5DPH8), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i)—only one source is reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) requires Simio Professional Edition Single-User Licenses, Simio Professional Edition Maintenance, Simio University Online Subscription, and Simio HyperCare Support to enhance simulation capabilities and ensure ongoing technical support.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. If received within three (3) calendar days after publication of this synopsis, submissions will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A decision by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely at the Government’s discretion.
