SIMPLIFI 797 AND 800 SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Presolicitation Notice for W81K226QA014 SIMPLIFI 797 SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – Pacific, in support of Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii, intends to issue a solicitation on a sole source basis to Wolters Kluwer N.V. (Pharmacy Sole Source) for subscription services for the SIMPLIFI 797 and 800 software at TAMC in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), “Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.”  The NAICS code is 513210.  This announcement fulfills the synopsis requirements under FAR 5.201 and 5.203.  This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes.  Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.  All questions and responses concerning this notice shall be emailed to leslie.m.takayama.civ@health.mil.
