SIMX VALOR VRMSS VIRTUAL REALITY MEDICAL SIMULATION TRAINING SOFTWARE CURRICULUM AND LICENSES

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 0800 CDT on August 29, 2025 may be considered by the Government. Responses shall be submitted to Lindsay Fallon, Contract Specialist at lindsay.fallon.2@us.af.mil, and Contracting Officer Lisa Pendragon, lisa.pendragon@us.af.mil. The email subject line shall state, “Intent to Sole Source SimX VALOR VRMSS”.  The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
