This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are requested.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation, under # 1240BE25Q0083.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2025-06, effective August 27, 2025.

This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 237310 and the Small Business Size Standard is $45.5 million.

Description: The Siuslaw National Forest requires Surface Maintenance (811-1), Spot Surfacing (813-2), Paved Surface Cleaning (814-2), Ditch and Drainage Structure Maintenance (834-2), Cutting Roadway Vegetation (842-1), and Hazard or Obstruction Removal (851-1) within the Hebo Ranger District along Forest Service Road (FSR) 1400
