This request for quote (RFQ) solicitation # 12505B24Q0154 is to provide Skidsteer Lease in accordance with the Specifications (Specs) provided in the “Attachments/Links” section. The associated NAICS is 532490 (“Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing”) with a small business size standard of under $40.0 million. The applicable PSC is W037 (“Lease or Rental of Equipment- Agricultural Machinery and Equipment”). This solicitation is issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is the Government’s intent to award a firm-fixed price award that include a base and four option years. Any questions and all quotes must be submitted in writing via email to Aaron Dimeo at aaron.dimeo@usda.gov with the solicitation number (“12505B24Q0154”) and/or title ("Skidsteer Lease") in the subject line, body, or attachments of the email. Questions are due by or before 11:59 PM CT on Tuesday, May 28, 2024. Answers to questions received before the deadline will be posted in an amendment to the solicitation. A completed copy of the SF1449 quote submission form and "Supporting Information Form" are to be include with your quote. It is also strongly advised that a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3 be included with all quotes. Please see "Additional Information" in the “Attachments/Links” section for more details.
