SKY WATCH TOWER MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), or solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and identify qualified small business concerns capable of providing maintenance services for two (2) ICX Tactical Platform (Skywatch Tower) units located at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island.

MCRDPI RCO seeks information from capable small businesses that can maintain the two (2) ICX Tactical Platform (Skywatch Tower) units in fully operational condition and at full performance capability throughout the anticipated period of performance. Maintenance services shall be performed by trained and qualified technicians in accordance with the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO).

Interested firms are requested to provide the following information:

1. Capability Statement
   • Demonstrate the firm's experience, technical capability, and resources to perform the required maintenance services.
   • Include relevant past performance information for similar requirements.
2. Company Information
   • Company Name
   • CAGE Code
   • Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)
3. Socioeconomic Status (HubZone, WOSB, etc.)

This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government for market research purposes only. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses to this notice and will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response.
