Site visits were performed on April 22, 2025 and January 15, 2026 to review the existing conditions. The project area includes an approximately 12- to 13-foot-tall hillside slope, sloping downward from north to south, with a slope gradient ranging from approximately 1:1 to 4:1 (horizontal: vertical). The erosion area is next to a sediment basin structure 30F-7 that flows into catch basin 30F-11. The asphalt concrete pavement is approximately 285.5 feet in elevation and slopes down approximately 13 feet to the catch basin.

The full list of requirements can be found in the Statement of Work, IFC Drawing Package, and Project Specifications.
