SMALL BUSINESS EVENT: 2026 AFDW SMALL BUSINESS SUMMIT

Join Us for the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Small Business Summit!

The Air Force District of Washington is pleased to announce the upcoming AFDW Small Business Summit. This event is a fantastic opportunity for small business owners and representatives to connect with AFDW leadership, learn about upcoming contracting opportunities, and gain valuable insights into doing business with the Air Force.

This summit is designed to provide a platform for collaboration and information sharing. Attendees will have the chance to network with key personnel and learn about the future requirements and oppurtunities. The summit will include: 

• Upcoming Requirement Briefs for FY26 and FY27
• Networking Oppurtunities with Base Agencies
• AFDW Director of Small Business Programs 
• SBA Washington Metro Office
• MD Department of Commerce
• Maryland Business Oppurtunity Center
• Veterans Business Outreach Center
• Maryland APEX Accelerator

• Time: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• Registration: *AMENDED* Please fill out the attached Official Short Term Request and email to allen.tang@us.af.mil and darya.macmillan.1@us.af.mil. *AMENDED* Due to technical difficulties we are unable to obtain the survery information. If you have already registered we apologize for the inconvenience but please fill out the attached form and submit via email. In your email please also take note of if you would like to purchase lunch and refreshments. Thank You!

Registering will nullify wait time for base access as you will be on the access list morning of the event. 

• Refreshments/Lunch: Refreshments (Coffee/Snacks/Water) will be provided as well as a Lunch for a fixed fee. We will have pricing and what lunch entails once we get a general count of interested personnel.
