DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) announcement as part of a sources sought notice to seek information on potential sources to provide small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS), first person view (FPV) training. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. Organizations are not required to submit a response to this notice. Failure to respond to this notice will not prevent an organization from responding to future notices or announcements. The U.S. Government is in no way liable to pay for or reimburse any companies or entities that respond to this announcement. Any costs incurred by interested companies in response to this announcement will NOT be reimbursed. The purpose of this RFI is to gain knowledge and ascertain potential market capability to provide instruction on FPV piloting to include safe operating procedures and flying techniques. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $16.5M. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: If you believe your firm has qualified personnel, relevant past performance experience, and the technical capability to provide UAV FPV training and would be interested in competing for such a contract, please see the following questionnaire. If desired, responses may address the question number so as not to repeat the question in each response. Each experience referenced (Government or commercial) should include: (a) name of project; (b) a brief description of the project; (c) the contract or project number; (d) the dollar value of the contract/project; (e) the relevance of the contract/project to the subject requirement. 5.
