Software and Information Assurance (IA) Maintenance Renewals to include updating existing hardware

Solicitation N0042125Q1205 is issued as a brand name procurement. This solicitation is reserved for small business respondents only. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Software and Information Assurance (IA) maintenance renewals to include updating existing hardware , under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Part 52.219-6. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.

 This is a firm fixed-price procurement, therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
