SOIL RESOURCE INVENTORY DATA COLLECTION SERVICES IN NORTH DAKOTA

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 12FPC126Q0035 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for National Resource Inventory (NRI) Soil Resource Inventory Data Collection Services.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541620 – Environmental Consulting Services The small business size standard is $19 Millon. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
Statement of Requirement
The Contractor shall provide Soil Resources Inventory Data Collection Services to the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS)located in the state of North Dakota. The Contractor shall provide for all services, supervision, labor, tools, materials, equipment, and management necessary, unless otherwise specified (see Section C.3and C.4), to administer and perform the specified Soil Resources Inventory Data Collection Services in accordance with the requirements specified in this SOW.
