The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area Office intends to award one (1) firm fixed price Utility Energy Service Contract for solar electric power generation services located at Yakama Service Unit, Toppenish, Washington as a sole source to Yakama Power as the only responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 6.302-1. IHS would like an economically viable energy project that will reduce carbon emissions and energy conversation measures in accordance with Section 152 of the Energy Policy Act, Public Law 102-486, 42 USC 8256.
