The United States Marshals Service (USMS) Investigate Operations Division (IOD) has a follow-on requirement to procure analysts to support our agencys Missing Child Unit in their missing and endangered child cases. The Missing Childrens Assistance Act of 2018 is Public Law that has be amended/updated and reauthorized appropriations for NCMEC, Inc. through 2028. The reauthorization is codified as Public Law 118-65. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. USMS will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
