More specifically, freight service provider must be bonded and certified to carry United States Category III Securities within the state of Massachusetts, use a Level II armored truck that meets all security requirements and have a height that does not exceed 126 and is 48 53 in length; and Armed personnel must be trained, proficient and licensed in the use of weapons supplied by their employer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 484230 and the size standard is $34,000,000.00 dollars. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
