This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with: Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-l(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c}(l) implemented by the FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237110 - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction. The procurement type will be a firm fixed price. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES/PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.
