SOLE SOURCE- UNITED STATES NAVAL ACADEMY ENROLLMENT OUTREACH SERVICES

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The government intends to solicit and award this requirement on a Sole-Source basis with EAB Global Incorporated. The solicitation number N0018925Q0516 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-02 (effective 03 January 2025) and DFARS Publication Notice 20250117 (effective 17 January 2025). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses:

The associated North American Industrial Classification System NAICS code is 541890 and the Small Business Standard is $19.0 (millions of dollars). The applicable PSC code is R422.

The proposed action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and award a single-award Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order to EAB Global Inc. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, EAB Global Inc., as no other capable sources have been identified. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotations received by the closing response date. The Small Business Office agrees with this determination.
