Solicitation No. 75H70725Q00125 is hereby issued by Albuquerque Area Office, Indian Health Service (IHS), who has a requirement for workplace violence prevention training for their employees at Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico. 

This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced offers from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), IHS will then evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns, as second (2nd) tiers.

The solicitation document incorporated by provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. The associated North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 with a size standard of 15.0M.

2. Past Performance (Volume II) (template attached for reference)
3. Price Quotation (Volume III)
4.  A complete Indian Economic Enterprise Representation form
5. A sign SF18
6. Amend 0001
