SOLICITATION 75H70726Q00039 LIQUID OXYGEN TANK SYSTEM REPLACEMENT FOR ZUNI COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER (ZCCHC)

This solicitation is issued for commercial products and/or commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. 

The solicitation number is 75H70726Q00039 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made on an unrestricted basis.

Submission of Quotations:

All quotations shall be submitted via email to shannon.eldridge-shorty@ihs.gov, no later than May 06, 2026, at 03:00 PM (MDT). Failure to comply with instructions and terms of this solicitation may result in the quotation being determined unacceptable and ineligible for award.
