SOLICITATION: MORTUARY AFFAIRS SERVICES BPA AT ELLSWORTH AFB, SD

The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469026Q0002, to compete and award a multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the 28th Force Support Squadron (FSS) for Mortuary Affairs Services.

This award will have a five-year Period of Performance. The projected Period of Performance is currently 1 November 2025 – 31 October 2030. The actual Period of Performance will be finalized at the time of BPA award.

This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 812210 Funeral Homes and Funeral Services with a size standard of $12,500,000.00.

To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.

All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Office at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.

Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted no later than Wednesday, 17 October 2025 by 3:00pm MDT to taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil and kathleen.winter-tipton@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: Quote - FA469026Q0002 Solicitation Mortuary Affairs Services.

Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to receive an award for this procurement.

Note: The apparently successful offeror will have their NIST score validated in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7020. If the offeror has not completed an assessment, an assessment will need to be completed prior to BPA award. If the score is not compliant, the offeror will be required to submit a corrective action plan prior to BPA award.
