June 11- Purpose of this amendment is to post RFI questions and answers, no other changes. June 03- Purpose of this amendment is revise Soliciation Close date to June 20, 2025, 1200 (noon) EST, and to post RFI questions and answers, no other changes. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC—WP) is issuing this Solicitation--Multi Agency/Activity Laptop, and Computer Purchase at West Point, NY. The delivery date will be 31 December 2025 (estimated). This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing, size standard is 1250 Employees and FSC/PSC of 7B21. In order to be eligible for award, business must be registered as a Small Business under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Please verify that both your UEI #, Cage Code are current and valid in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria is stated in the solicitation and shall govern.
