EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 16, 2024: The government has posted Amendment No. 0002 hereunder this Notice (please refer to the Attachments Section). ** EFFECTIVE AUGUST 20, 2024: The government has posted Amendment No. 0001 hereunder this Notice (please refer to the Attachments Section). ** Under this Solicitation, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District issues Solicitation No. W912P624B0016 for bidding purposes. Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for its construction project entitled, Village of East Hazel Crest Stormwater Improvements, East Hazel Crest, Cook County, Illinois (USACE Acquisition). PROJECT INFORMATION: The project work includes the replacement of earthen drainage ditches with underground concrete box culverts. The Base work includes the installation of 417 linear feet of 4 feet x 2 feet concrete box culvert. Option 1 includes installing 229 linear feet of 4 feet x 2 feet concrete box culvert and 130 linear feet of 6 feet x 2 feet box culvert. Option 2 includes the installation of 646 linear feet of 6 feet x 2 feet concrete box culvert. CONTRACTING OFFICE: USACE Chicago District, 231 SOUTH LaSALLE STREET, SUITE 1500, Chicago, IL 60604. ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 237110, with a small business size standard in dollars of $45.0 Million. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Solicitation (Invitation for Bids ? IFB) is downloadable from the INTERNET ONLY.
