Description

This requirement is for the provision of Landfill Services only. SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION DOCUMENT FOR REQUIREMENTS AND QUOTE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS.

FCC Butner will transport garbage and construction debris to the contractor’s disposal facility. Upon delivery, the contractor shall beresponsible for and become sole owner of all trash, garbage and debris from the Government owned containers once the unloading atthe transfer site is complete. Services will be performed at the contractor's disposal facility, which must be approved by the North Carolina Departmentof Environment and Natural Resources and operated in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local codes and laws,as well as meet EPA requirements and standards.

The disposal facility shall be located within a 35 mile (one-way)radius of the institution, which is located on Old NC HWY 75, Butner, NC 27509.

This is not a new requirement. The previous contract was awarded to Republic Services of NC for the term of April 01, 2020 - March 31, 2025 in the amount of $674,652.00.

It is the responsibility of the offeror to continuously monitor this site, throughout the duration of the solicitation, for possible updates and/or changes to the requirement. Failure to do so, may result in incorrect submission of quotes, missing required documents, missed site visit, etc.; of which may result in elimination from consideration for award.
