The Contractor shall provide lease of two (2) coagulation analyzers, service agreement and supplies to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), Laboratory Department as described herein. The Contractor shall provide two (2) coagulation analyzers and provide the following services: 1) Automatic coagulation tests including Prothrombin Time, Activated Partial Thromboplastin, INR, Fibrinogen and D-Dimer.
