    Abbreviated Summary:The government is interested in a contract for Abatement via Single Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a streamlined means of execution of a broad range of maintenance to complete asbestos, Lead Based Paint (LBP), heavy metals, animal excrement and other abatement, sampling and inspection activities for abatement projects affecting real property at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), with a small quantity of projects at Little Mountain, Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), Dugway, Carter Creek and other associated sites located in Utah and Pinedale, Wyoming. Task Orders (TO) will be issued under this contract to define specific project requirements involving construction.The estimated maximum contract value of the Services is $20,000,000.00. The anticipated individual task order (TO) is $250.00 and maximum $20,000,000.00. This Abatement ID/IQ is anticipated to consist of a 5-year base ordering period, and an additional 6-month ordering period. The total period of performance (PoP) is not expected to exceed 5 years and 6 months.
