SOURCES SOUGHT - AVTRAT RACK-MOUNTED COMPUTERS AND VARJO HEADSETS

Air Mobility Command Aircrew Tactics and Training Directorate (AMC/A3T) requires 160 - 4U, rack-mounted computers in configuration with PC1 (Table 1) and 19 - 4U, rack-mounted computers in configuration with PC2 (Table 2). The PCs must be mountable in a standard 19” rack width; other PCs such as laptops, desktops, or tablets are not acceptable. The main drives must be removable for storage in a GSA-approved safe. Hardware requires a 3-year warranty and available benchstock for warranty replacement/repair service/shipment within 72 hours. No wireless data transmission of any kind are acceptable. Any wireless adapters or cards, regardless of activation status, are not acceptable. Additionally  AMC/A3T requires 19 - “kits” of peripherals (Table 3) suitable to set up the computers in a fully operational network rack and 65 - Varjo XR-4 Secure edition headsets with autofocus, base-station tracking, no radio emissions, ultraleap hand tracking kits, and 1 year of solutions engineering support, and 3 days installation and training Support (on-site).
