SOURCES SOUGHT - BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT FOR REPAIRS - OXYGEN CLEANSE SYSTEMS BURNERS, SCRUBBERS - MARITIME NAVSUP WSS

NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Mechanicsburg is seeking potential sources interested in furnishing effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to repair / refurbish, and/or modify the items listed below under a five (5) year basic ordering agreement.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Government intends to solicit for the procurement and repair of multiple NSNs (see below for list) that support various Weapon Systems. The government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to manufacture or perform the required repairs of these items. 

Contrator requires DoD issued security clearances at Confidential level for subject requirements, DoDI Instruction 5200.48 policy and procedures apply.

All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after date of publication of this sources sought notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed basic ordering agreement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required. NAVSUP WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending.
