SYNOPSIS - BLACK MOHAIR BRAID AT WEST POINT, NY

SYNOPSIS

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS for the Black Mohair Braids, at West Point, NY.  This is a base plus four (4) one year option periods.

The period of performance will be from 23 June 2025 – 22 June 2030.

This requirement will be 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS code 313110 – Fiber, Yarn and Thread Mills, size standard is 1,250 employees and PSC is 8310.

In order to be eligible for award, the business must be registered under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at Sam.Gov.

Please verify that both your DUNS #, Cage Code are both current and valid.

Quoters are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern.

The solicitation for the Black Mohair Braids, W911SD25QA082, will be issued on electronic format only on the Unison Marketplace website and will be available until June 18, 2025 at: https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com.

It is the offeror’s responsibility to check the Unison Marketplace at: https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com provided as necessary for any posted changes.

Solicitations (Quotes) and additional supporting documentations (If required) must be submitted and uploaded through the Unison Marketplace at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com. 

Interested offers are required to produce the following sample:  One (1) 1 ½ inch Black Mohair Braid (according to the specifications listed in the solicitation).  This procurement requirement is a base plus four (4) one year option periods for the Black Mohair Braids. 

In order to be considered for award, samples of the Black Mohair Braids are to be mailed to Ms. Tara D’Amico at MICC-West Point, 681 Rogers Place, West Point, NY 10996, Attn: Tara D’Amico on or before June 18, 2025 at 12 pm. Eastern Time. 

All offerors shall send a sample of one (1) ½ inch Black Mohair Braid for evaluation to the address listed above no later than June 18, 2025 by 12 pm. Eastern Standard Time, in order to be considered for award.  There are no exceptions.

All interested offerors must check the dates and follow the instructions in the Unison Marketplace and any updates in SAM.Gov for the Black Mohair Braids, Solicitation W911SD25QA082.  The completed solicitation and product specification data sheets must be uploaded into the Unison Marketplace by the date and time specified in the Unison Marketplace.
