SOURCES SOUGHT_C-208B EX G1000 RECURRENT PILOT AND MAINTENANCE TRAINING

1. Introduction: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to provide C-208B EX G1000 Recurrent Pilot and Maintenance Training to Air Mobility Advisory Group (AMAG) – Air Mobility Command in accordance with (IAW) the attached draft Performance of Work Statement (PWS). Responses to this notice will be considered and will help the Government dictate a path forward. All business categories will be considered to include large businesses.

Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response.  This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any service whatsoever.  All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government.  Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued.  It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.  
4. Contractor Capability: The contractor shall be responsible for providing meeting or exceeding the requirements identified in the attached draft PWS.

            Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information:

1. Company name and address.
2. Company point of contact name, telephone number and email address.
3. Company business size and status, the number of years in business, affiliate information: parent company, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners.
4. Please list the GSA Contract Number and relevant SINS.
5. A capabilities statement outlining how the company has the necessary capabilities to provide Fieldcraft services.
6.   Any comments to the attached DRAFT performance work statement.

Responses to Notice: Responses to this notice shall be limited to three pages and submitted on SAM.gov, GSA E-Buy, and by email to Contract Specialist, A1C Vivian Donaldson (vivian.donaldson.1@us.af.mil), and Contracting Officer, Ms. Christina Vargas (christina.vargas.1@us.af.mil). Responses are due no later than Friday, 24 October 2025 by 2pm Eastern Standard Time. Any questions may be directed to the points of contact listed above.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 611512 – Flight Training with a Small Business Size Standard of $34,000,000.00. The Product Service Code is U099. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their response under the applicable NAICS of 611512.

Respondents shall not be obligated to provide the services/items described herein.

Responses from interested vendors should address the following items:

Confirmation that your company can provide the requested items in the PWS.

Provide company socio-economic status (i.e. Small, Small Disadvantages Women-Owned, etc.) under identified NAICS and company profile to include, CAGE Code, DUNs number. Also, please provide the GSA contract number and SIN the products are available under.
