SOURCES SOUGHT FOR BASE REALIGNMENT AND CLOSURE (BRAC) ENVIRONMENTAL CONSTRUCTION OPTIMIZATION SERVICES IN THE NORTHERN CALIFORNIA

The work to be performed will be in accordance with the NorCal Region Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Performance Work Statement (PWS) Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Environmental Construction and Optimization Services (BECOS). The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside, Small Disadvantaged, 8(a) and/or Woman Owned Company, HUBZone Small business, Veteran Owned Small Business, or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and by identifying contracting and subcontracting opportunities. While the main intent of this Sources Sought synopsis is to find potential sources for services below, the Government is also interested in identifying vendors who have the capacity and capability to perform the magnitude of projects of this nature in the future.
