THIS IS A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Sources Sought (RFI) Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure BPA Gas Pipeline Support on a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The U.S. Government will NOT pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ or IFB or RFP, if any is issued. The purpose of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Ordering Procedure is to provide the U.S. Army West Point, West Point Directorate of Public Works (DPW in the requirement for SERVICS in ordering for BPA Gas Pipeline Support against the established BPAs described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The anticipated NAICS code(s) is/are: 486210 Pipeline Transportation of Natural Gas A need is anticipated for the BPA Gas Pipeline Support against the established BPAs described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). In response to this sources sought, please provide: Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, SAM UEI number, CAGE code, and the corresponding NAICS code. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. BPA Requirements: Emergency work such as repairs, outages, and restoration of utility service requires immediate action by the contractor such as when imminent damager to life, limb or property exists. If a utility is lost, the contractor shall diligently and continually pursue the repair until services is restored. To respond means the contractor shall have a representative on-site equipped and capable of assessing the situation within (2) two hours, arresting any reasonably expected hazard to life and property and determining the necessary action to e?ect repairs. Piping for this distribution system contains both black pipe and plastic (Driscol).
