Site Visit Information: All representatives form industry who are interested in participating in the site visit opportunity are required to submit a completed facilities access form to Contract Specialist, Barbara Gonzalez via email to barbara.gonzalez@fema.dhs.gov, and to the Region 6 Procurement Branch, via email to R6-Contracts@fema.dhs.gov, no later than 12:00 PM CST on May 7, 2025. A site visit will be held for market research purposes at the Federal Regional Center, which is located at 800 North Loop Denton, Texas 76209, with a start time of 10:00 AM CST on May 14, 2025, so that contractors are able to assess the workspace in-person. The contractors will gather in the Native Nations Room within the Federal Regional Center at 10:00 AM CST on May 14, 2025, so that they can be escorted to the workspace.
