This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for the purpose of conducting market research. The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking responses from contractors who have the capability, experience and interest in the demolition obsolete structures located at Valley Forge National Historical Park, Pennsylvania. Demo projects include - Hazardous material abatement, removal and disposal of structures, appurtenances, site features and restoration. Demolished structures will no longer pose an attractive nuisance or pose a threat to health and safety. Property restoration will include utility service disconnections, removal of driveway and other surfacing, as well a site restoration with native seeding and tree plantings. The structures to be demolished are Whittle House and Garage, Loughin House and Garage, Midgley House, and Waggonseller Office (see attached A14 SSN for more information).
