Do you have experience with properly applying governing codes to the engineering design of nonstructural solutions (property elevations, property levees, floodwalls, door dams, or other floodproofing measures) to provide hurricane storm damage risk reduction in coastal areas of southwest Louisiana that are not otherwise protected against these risks and so are subject to tidal surge and waves from tropical storms? 5.
