Deliver F.O.B. destination to PASEO DE LA VICTORIA #3650, PARTIDO SENECU, CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO C.P. 32543 no later than July 12th, 2026, after contract award. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Items shall comply with the minimum quality standards of the industry and any other quality standards as stated in the scope of work.
