DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a sole-source solicitation for 1 each Tin & Silver Electrochrmical Planting Line (P4) with turnkey services for installation with contract completion within 365 days ARO

Complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB- 22-40-1001 including all tooling, training, removal of existing equipment supplies and and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation.

Request for Proposal SPE4-25-Q-0057 is anticipated to issue on April 18, 2025 and close on May 19, 2025.

FOB will be at Destination / inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will be unrestricted witth Other Than Full and Open Competition. A site visit will be issued for this procurement.
