SPE60525R0213 COG 8 POSTS, CAMPS AND STATIONS (PC&S)

DLA Energy Direct Delivery Fuels are reaching out to invite you to submit a proposal in response to our current solicitation: SPE60525R0213 COG 8 Posts, Camps and Stations (PC&S).  This requirement includes the supply of various fuel products distillates and residuals for Department of Defense and Federal Civilian Agencies in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington with the ordering period of: 01 October 2025 through 30 September 2030.

This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 324110. The procurement is a requirement-type solicitation. The Contract Line Items (CLINS) are grouped by clusters and will be awarded All-or-None basis per cluster. If you propose on any line items within a cluster, you must propose on all items in that cluster.

• Proposals are due by 2 June 2025, 4:30pm EST (Fort Belvoir, VA Time).
• Offers must be submitted via the Offer Entry Tool (OET)
• The government intends to award without discussion – please ensure initial proposal is complete, compliant, and reflects your best pricing.
