Headquarters Combat Forces Command is hosting a limited-seating industry roundtable in partnership with the Mitchell Institute on 17 July 2026. Requests to participate will be considered in the order received, subject to security vetting, facility access requirements, relevance to the discussion topic, and Government approval. Due to space and security limitations, organizations should submit no more than one primary representative for consideration unless otherwise approved by the Government.
The Government is seeking senior-level participants (such as executives, technical experts, program leads, or operational SMEs) with the authority and depth of knowledge to contribute meaningfully to a senior-level dialogue.

Responses are due no later than 8 July 2026 at 1200 Mountain Time, or once all available seats are filled, whichever occurs first. Late submissions, substitutions, or incomplete submissions may not be considered due to security and facility access timelines.
Security and Access Requirements:
All approved participants must comply with installation and facility access requirements. Attendance is not confirmed until the participant receives written confirmation from the Government.
Approved participants should be prepared to provide a valid, compliant form of government-issued identification for installation access. Participants may be required to obtain a visitor pass through the Visitor Control Center or other designated access-control process. Additional access instructions, including arrival time, parking, escort procedures, prohibited items, and facility entry requirements, will be provided to approved participants.
No walk-ins will be permitted. Substitutions are not authorized without prior Government approval. Participants who do not meet installation or facility access requirements may be denied entry.
Participants shall not bring classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information, proprietary information, source-selection information, acquisition-sensitive information, or company marketing materials unless specifically requested and approved in advance by the Government. The discussion will be conducted at an unclassified level unless otherwise stated by the Government.
