SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT FOR E-ONE 75' FIRE TRUCK REPAIR

This is a notice of intent to sole source a procurement under FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) “soliciting from a single source”. This requirement covers repair of the Turntable Waterway Swivel which encompasses component replacement and related hydraulic maintenance for a 2011 E-ONE 75’ Quint Fire Truck.

Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) “soliciting from a single source , the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, SD, intends to award a sole source contract to Jerry’s Transmission Service (dba North Central Ambulance Sales and Services), 18448 County RD 9, Lester Prairie, Minnesota, 55354-7949.

                                                     This special notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes.
