Section 3.1 is added to the Statement of Work (Attachment A). Questions regarding the solicitation is extended to 28 April 2026 at/before 2:00PM EST to accommodate the recent update. Amendment 0001 addresses solicitation questions and revises various sections of the solicitation. Proposals is due on/before 01 June 2026 at/before 11:00AM EST. The Government do not intent to extend the proposals due date.
