    1.0 SCOPEThis specification covers an In Bore Video Microscope system, p/n EM13891. The system utilizes a Keyence VHX 7020 Digital Microscope with 50 to 500x zoom lens and precision focus drive to the examination of bore ID surfaces. Mechanical, optical, and operational characteristics are noted herein and on ?IN-BORE VIDEO MICROSCOPE? drawing. Intended application is inside 120 mm diameter and larger bores within 150 cm of the tube?s breech end. The application of this tool is intended to be in the shop environment.1.1 GENERAL DOCUMENTATIONThe following documents shall be supplied with the system:? One complete set of Operator?s Manuals? Certification of calibration equipment accuracy? Certification of calibration lens and standards1.2 ENVIRONMENTThe system shall operate in a shop with:? Ambient temperatures ranging from 10 to 45 degrees C? Relative humidity between 10 and 95% (non-condensing)? Available power 120-240 VAC (+/- 10%) at 50-60 Hz1.3. REQUIREMENTVideo microscope system?s performance is as specified by Keyence based on components: VHX-7020 Camera, VHX-X1 Digital Microscope with supporting Win 10 PC, VHX-H6M 3D profile module, VHX-S700F Motorized Z module, VH-Z50T zoom lens, OP-88329 coaxial illumination light source, and related microscope system mechanical elements. This apparatus provides the following key performance characteristics.1. 4 K video resolution2. 50 to 500 X zoom based on VH-Z50T lens3. Coaxial white light illumination4. Bright field white and UV auxiliary illumination5. High precision z axis focus control adapting VHX-S700F motorized stage to in-bore application6. 2D and 3D measurement functions7. Fine focus and 3D Keyence features enabled with right angle adaptation optics8. Support tripod with elevation range of 40 to 60? from floor to tube CLSystem includes transportation and storage cases. The following additional Keyence components are included with this system.A. OP-88592 VHX Calibration (NIST certified calibration scale)B. OP-88594 VHX Scale Adapter1.4 Factory Acceptance Test ? Upon completion, the factory acceptance test shall be conducted at manufacture prior shipping to Yuma Proving Ground.1.5 Delivery, Setup, and Training3.1 Manufacturer shall provide no less than 3 days of on-site assistance for system set-up and functional testing3.2 Training shall be on-site and including:? System set-up? Calibration verification? Basic operation? Data acquisition? Data storage? Data analysis and reporting? Periodic and preventive maintenance? Trouble-shooting4.0 Quality Assurance and Warranty Provisions? Preservation, packaging and packing shall be in accordance with the manufacturer?s commercial practice? Manufacturer shall warrant all components for one year from data of acceptance.? Shipping and handling shall be included.
