Solicitation Number 140L3726Q0113 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

This solicitation is set aside for small business. NAICS 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry - Fuels Management Services. The small business size standard is $34.0 million. Product Service Code F006 - Natural Resources/Conservation - Land Treatment Practices. The Purchase Order will be issued as a firm, fixed-price agreement with a single lump sum payment.

Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Arizona Strip District Office, Washington County, Utah has a requirement to perform hazardous fuels reduction by mechanical mulching pinyon pine and juniper stands, as well as mowing or crushing some stands of sagebrush estimated 314 acres of brush and grass from August 1, 2026 - January 31, 2027. The project area SPLRP - Overnight Draw (North and West) area is located approximately 45 air miles south of St. George, Utah in Mohave County, Arizona (36°20.948¿, -113°37.557¿). This work is to move the project area toward desired resource conditions, while reducing the risk of large and severe wildland fires, enhance big game habitat, and improving forest and rangeland health.
