SPORTS OFFICIATING AND SCOREKEEPING SERVICES IDIQ

Amendment 01: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to:

1. Revise Performance Work Statement (PWS);

2. The following attachments have been updated and added to Section J, List of Attachments: Attach 5. Sports Officiating and Scorekeeping Services IDIQ PWS September 2026. This version supersedes the prior PWS (Attach 2).

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

A copy of the SF 30 is also attached to this notice. Please refer to all updated attachments uploaded to this notice.

(i) Description Section Statements:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA468626Q0006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Sports Officiating and Scorekeeping services at Beale Air Force Base for all intramural, varsity, and recreational sport activities.

This acquisition is set-aside for 100% small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

(iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:
The Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, uniforms, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide Sports Officiating and Scorekeeping services for all intramural, varsity, and recreational sports activities at Beale AFB, CA. This is an IDIQ contract with a four (4) year ordering period. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Ordering Period: 11 Sep 2026 through 10 Sep 2030.

• Place of Performance/Acceptance: Beale AFB, CA 95903.

• F.O.B. Point: Destination.
