Contract security guards will not be deputized or exercise any additional authority or jurisdiction granted by local, state, or the federal Government to perform law enforcement duties on or off USACE property as part of this contract. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform private contract security guard services such as required basic services, crowd control, facility security, and security for the general public and government officials.
