NOTE: This procurement is restricted to Small Business vendors eligible to compete for Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Orders under the USFS Region 5 (R5) Cone & Needle Collection Multiple Award BPA.

This BPA Call Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be sent to all Small Business vendors with an active USFS R5 Cone & Needle Collection Multiple Award BPA, in accordance with the Parent BPA terms and conditions.

Project Description: The purpose of this BPA Call Order is to procure cone collection and testing services for the Stanislaus National Forest (NF) under the USFS R5 Cone & Needle Collection Multiple Award BPA.

The Government intends to issue a BPA Call Order RFQ. A Call Order is anticipated to result.

Anticipated Award Date: 9/1/2025

Projected Period of Performance: The anticipated Period of Performance is 9/1/2025 through 9/10/2025, dependent on date of award.
