STATE OF ALASKA - ONLINE DATABASE LOCATOR SERVICE

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products/commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested based on the solicitation as attached to this announcement. The solicitation number is 5000207898 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.

Internal Revenue Service (IRS) field employees research various locator tools and services, specifically for the state of Alaska, in order to locate taxpayers and their assets.  Although not limited, it is estimated that approximately 25 IRS employees, based in the states of Alaska and Washington, will utilize an on-line database in the performance of their job duties.  The supplemental Statement of Work provides more detail information and shall be the basis of the quote. 

The closing date for price quotes is 08:00AM (CT) on 07/24/25. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 519290 Web Search Portals and All Other Information with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.  This Open Market requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified vendors may submit a quote.  The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award resulting from this solicitation for one Base Year with Four Option Years.
