The purpose of this project is to replace the existing tunnel ventilation system with steam heating coils with (2) natural gas indirect fired make up air units (MAU’s).
This construction effort will procure and deliver a complete, operational tunnel ventilation system, including removal of existing equipment, installation MAU’s, and all associated systems required for safe, reliable, and continuous ventilation system. Work will be planned and phased to be performed between the months of May 1 through October 31, mitigating the chances for pipes to freeze.
