The United States (U.S.) Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) - Armaments Center, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Education Office, located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for STEM Outreach Support Services. The contractor shall support STEM K-12 Plus (to include colleges, universities, and vocational schools) events and activities.  This includes local curricular and extra-curricular STEM activities, scholastic competitions, academic contests, and in person training workshops for both students and educators (faculty/staff). The U.S. Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of DEVCOM – Armaments Center, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed-price and time and materials hybrid contract on a small business set aside competitive basis for this requirement. This commercial action is intended to be solicited under solicitation number W15QKN-24-R-0036. The NAICS code for this effort is 611710 and the small business size standard is $24 million. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than March 08, 2024 in writing. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals.
